Inception

The moment of creation

Qualitative Time plays a central role in astrological thinking. If we observe the quality of time at the beginning of a process – and astrology does just that and erects a horoscope for that time – we can discern the innate qualities of that process which seek realisation.

Inception means the beginning time of an event or enterprise. It is analogous to a birth time for a person.

An inception time may be voluntary, as in timing an auspicious moment for starting a new business; or involuntarily, as in the timing of a natural disaster.
