Trutine of Hermes

An astrological method used to calculate and erect a natal chart for the prenatal moment of conception.
This is virtually impossible to ascertain using biological methods.
The method postulates a harmonious relationship between the natal chart and the (hypothetical) conception chart. This is essentially revealed by the reciprocal relationship between the moon and the ascendant/descendant axis in both horoscopes. According to this theory, the ascendant or descendant of the conception chart is conjunct the moon in the natal chart, and conversely the moon in the conception chart is conjunct the ascendant or descendant in the natal chart.
